The second release of the scripts used in the numerical evaluation of the Local Subtraction Approach for EEG and MEG forward modeling. This approach is introduced and investigated in the accompanying paper (Preprint available at: https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.12785). In the second release, we added scripts for the evaluation of the local subtraction approach in realistic head models. Furthermore, we updated the parameters for the evaluation of the local subtraction approach in multilayer sphere models. Additionally, we renamed the approach from "Localized Subtraction" to "Local Subtraction". This repository contains only the code to reproduce the results from the paper mentioned above.
