I possess industry experience of more than eight years in sales and marketing and received the High Achiever Sales Award and Annual Sales Award at Oxford University Press. My journey from Junior Manager Sales to Deputy Manager Sales was marked with consistent sales growth. Awards, promotions, and sales growth prove me as a hardworking person. Being an expert in Salesforce the Number 1 CRM Software and SAP, I was looking at business development, KAM accounts, and B2B and B2C sales portfolios of around 450 customers in total. For the rich motivation of serving in academia, I chose the corporate world and moved to the academia sector. I did an MBA from SZABIST Karachi, Pakistan, and then did an MS in Management Science from SZABIST Karachi, Pakistan. I started doctoral studies at Jyvaskyla University School of Business and Economics in August 2022 in the Digital Marketing Communication research group. My first research paper, "Marketing Practices of Pakistan Pharmaceutical Industry and Physician Prescription Behavior," was published in the World Applied Science Journal, Vol. 32(5):910-915, September 2014. Currently, my research areas include digital innovations, consumer behavior, and eco-friendly consumer behavior.
