Kajander-Unkuri Satu
Kuvaus
Satu Kajander-Unkuri, Docent (Health Pedagogy), PhD, RN, currently works as an university lecturer at Tampere University, Finland. Satu’s PhD study (University of Turku, 2015) focused on the nurse competence of graduating nursing students and factors related to it. In her post doc study, she led an international research project in the University of Turku (Department of Nursing Science), which focused on competence of nurses at graduation and in early years of practice in six European countries. Satu has published several high-quality research articles with her research partners. Satu has also led an expert group to the behalf of the Nursing Research Foundation (Finland). The expert group produced a national clinical guideline “Maintenance of normothermia in adult patients during the perioperative care period”.
