Novel sustainable materials and technology for Reconfigurable Reflectarray Surfaces used in 5G and 6G telecommunication system

This research proposal is to describe Co-creation project of the topic of the novel sustainable materials and technology used in Reconfigurable Reflectarray Surfaces enabling electrical features including scanning ability into 2D direction, widening scanning angle, polarization conversion, low cost fabricating methods, and bendable (or conformal) using electronical surface tunability (varactor diode) and 2D/&3D printing technology, respectively. Materials and technology include structural electronics integration with nanocellulose, and polymer/ceramic composite materials. Thus, operational RRS-2D components can operate as a reconfigurable surface for millimeter wave frequency.
