The results of the population are un the files SCN_Bottleneck.RData and SCN_Decline.RData ## 2_NIMBLE_Model Contain the algorithm that reads the data set of interest, sample a population at a given observation probability (40%, 60% or 80%), perform the data augmentation and performs the MCMC Each MCMC takes 20 hours to run. ## 3_MCMC_Results MCMC output is divided into scenarios -> covariate treatment -> sampling probability, each one with 50 MCMC output containing 3 chains each
