Acquired data was spectra from APXPS, FESEM and optical microscope images and data, reduction measurement data and documenting. Data is in the form: - Images: TIFF. - Data for many drawn figures are in excel. - Some calculations are made with HSC software. - Fesem: gives data in excel and images. - Manuscript is word and pdf. - The APXPS data was recorded in Specslab Prodigy software. This data is in .sle and .pxt formats. Then .txt files were generated from these formats and then plotted in Origin for publication.
